The Master of Computer Application course is formed in the year 2001, approved by AICTE, New Delhi. The basic objective of the course is providing skill-based education in the field of information technology. Right from its inception, the department has been offering well built infrastructure facilities with different computer platforms to raising professional students to meet the incessant demands of IT industry.

The Department Strives to produce eminent professionals tuned to the real time working environment. To fulfill this objective, the Software, Hardware and the Curriculum are updated regularly. The department offers a competent academic environment with a team of well qualified faculty that ensures the students to excel in their technical exposure.

So far, 5 batches of MCA students have been awarded Master Degree in Computer Applications from our institute. Two students have crowned university ranks during the year 2002 and 2004 respectively.

In the last five years students got placed in various organizations such as Karur Vysya Bank, Temenos India (P) Ltd, Southerland Technologies, Swide Technologies, Lakshmi vilas bank and Net Magnus.
